Resolving Complex Personal Injury Matters

Many of you have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Heather Bonnet-Hebert since she joined our firm in October of 2018. Since then Heather has been hard at work furthering her integration into our firm’s long-standing practice areas of civil litigation, real estate, business/employment and estate planning. She has also been advising our business clients to help them understand and utilize newly created economic development opportunities.

In addition integrating Heather into our existing practice areas, we have also been integrating Heather’s expertise in complex personal injury practice into our firm. When joining us Heather brought with her over 16 years of experience in successfully litigating serious personal injury and wrongful death cases in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. With the addition of Heather to our team, we are proud to offer our clients exceptional representation in serious and catastrophic injury cases, including cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, and construction site injuries, among others.

Over the course of her career, Heather has achieved outstanding results for personal injury and wrongful death clients, resulting in recoveries in the hundreds of thousands, and in some cases in the millions of dollars. It was as a result of this work that Heather was selected by her peers for inclusion in the New England “Super Lawyers” list for 2016, 2017, and 2018 and, prior to that, was selected as a “Rising Star” by that publication for her work in representing Plaintiffs in civil litigation.

Heather’s strengths and significant accomplishments flow from her formidable intelligence; her ability to understand and investigate complex engineering, scientific and medical concepts; and her ability to bring these skills to bear in making persuasive, effective legal presentations in pursuing great results for our clients.

In addition to these qualities, what impresses me most about Heather is her ability to work so effectively with her opponents and adjusters, her close attention to detail, and her kindness and empathy.

We hope that you -- and all of us -- remain safe and healthy. We also understand the reality, however, that many of us have been or will be touched by the impact of serious personal injuries within our family circles or among our close friends and colleagues. It is with this reality in mind that we want you to know that we are here for you. If you or someone you care about has been seriously injured though the fault of another, please reach out to us.

We remain dedicated to providing you with the same hands-on, thorough and efficient legal representation in these matters that our clients have come to know and trust from us for decades.

As always, if you have any questions, please call.
